What are the hours of operation for the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM? 

The Junior League of Toronto Showhouse is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00AM to 9:00PM, Closed Mondays 

Is the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM open on the holiday Monday May 18^th? 

No. The Showhouse is closed on Monday. 

Can I buy tickets to the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM at the door? 

Yes. Tickets to the Showhouse may be purchased at the Ticket Kiosk located at the main entrance to McLean House. You may buy individual tickets or for a group of 10+ people at the door. You will receive the group sales rate of $20.00 but will not be guaranteed a guided tour unless you have booked your group in advance.  VISA is accepted. 

Can I return to the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM for a second visit without buying another ticket? 

Yes. Your ticket may be validated for a second visit to McLean House before May 24^th  2009. Upon leaving McLean House, visit the Boutique on the second floor of the Coach House and have the back of you ticket validated for one return visit.   

You may visit the Café for lunch, high tea or dinner, shop in the Boutique or attend a Talk in the Tent as often as you wish 

Can I reserve/purchase tickets in advance for Talks in the Tent?  -  

Yes. Tickets may be reserved in advance through the JLT office ticket hot line at 416 485 4218 ext. 313 or purchased at the Ticket Kiosk at McLean House.  Tickets reserved in advance can be picked up at the Ticket Kiosk located at the main entrance to McLean House 

When you reserve your ticket please indicate the designer, date & time preferred. Please refer to the Talks in the Tent schedule before reserving your ticket to determine availability.  

Can I buy Talk in the Tents tickets on-line? 

No. Talks in the Tent tickets can be reserved by calling the Ticket Hot Line at 416-485-4218 ext. 313 or purchased at the Ticket Kiosk at McLean House. VISA is accepted 

Is the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM wheelchair accessible?

 
There is wheelchair access to the first floor of McLean House and the Café in the Coach House. The basement, second and third floors are accessible by stairs. 

Can I bring my children to the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM? 

No. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.  

Can I make a reservation for lunch in the Café? 

No. Unfortunately we are unable to accept reservations for lunch, however, you may  make reservatons for dinner.please call  416-485-4218  Ext. 313. 
 

Can I order a box lunch and beverages for my group when I arrive at the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM? 

No. Box lunches and refreshments for group tours must be ordered when the tour is booked. If lunch was not pre ordered the group is welcome to visit the Café that is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00AM to 9:00PM. 

What time is High Tea served? 

High Tea is available daily after 1:00PM.  

Can I purchase items from the design spaces? 
 
Some designers have chosen to sell items from their room. Look for a list of items for sale in the room. Also visit the Showhouse Boutique on the second floor of the Coach House and ask about Designer Sales. 

Can I take photographs of the rooms?

No. Cameras and video equipment are not allowed in the Showhouse. Guests can find the name of the room designer in the catalogue and contact them for further information regarding contents of the room.  

How do I get to the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse^TM? 

The Junior League of Toronto Showhouse is located at 2075 Bayview Avenue south of Lawrence Avenue East, on the grounds of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. It is accessible by the TTC. Please refer to the directions on the web site under About Showhouse, directions and parking
