With a focus throughout our history of providing support to women, children, and families, we believe that healthy living is an achievable goal through education, advocacy and the personal leadership of our members. Through the support of our sponsors, designers, members and volunteers, the Junior League of Toronto Showhouse™ proceeds will contribute to the following community organizations.

Sunnbrook Foundation
Sunnybrook Foundation

The Women and Babies Program covers the broad spectrum of care related to pregnancy, labour and delivery, care of premature babies and women's reproductive health. Sunnybrook is home to the second largest high-risk birthing centre in Ontario and provides care for 1 in 5 of all infants in the province weighing less than three pounds. Sunnybrook Foundation is raising $40 million to help build a two-storey, state-of-the-art home for women and babies on Sunnybrook's Bayview Campus. The new home will accommodate 4,500 births annually and feature a leading edge Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Our financial support will help ensure healthy lives by giving full-term, premature and acutely ill babies in Toronto the very best start in life.

St. Albion's Boys and Girls Club
St. Alban's Boys' and Girls' Club

St. Alban's Boys' and Girls' Club is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive place where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life. The Junior League of Toronto is committed to providing financial and volunteer support to Sistahood (ages 11-14) and Girls on the Move (ages 15-18). These programs were created by St. Alban's to empower girls with the necessary tools to succeed in this challenging world and to become healthy, educated, contributing young women. Our financial support will introduce these programs to the Jane & Finch and Weston-Mount Dennis locations that have been designated by the city of Toronto and the United Way as priority neighborhoods experiencing growing levels of poverty.
