When you arrive
Upon your arrival at The Estates of Sunnybrook, follow the directional signs for parking and the entrance to McLean House. When you arrive at the stately front entrance of this Georgian style manor, a Junior League of Toronto Showhouse™ volunteer will greet you and take your ticket. You may also purchase a ticket at this time. A complimentary Junior League of Toronto Showhouse™ Guide will be presented to you as you enter this magnificent historic home.

The Junior League of Toronto Showhouse™ Guide, published in partnership with House & Home Media, will act as your handbook and resource as you embark on a self-directed tour. The eighth Junior League of Toronto Showhouse™ will incorporate eco-chic design into 50+ interior and exterior design spaces. Designers involved in the 2009 project have included some aspect of environmentally friendly decor in their rooms. As you move from room to room and leaf through this comprehensive magazine, each design space and its elements are described in detail, as well as revealing the designers' inspiration.. Around each corner the creative genius and unique flair of each designer will unfold before your eyes. Each of the Guide pages will address the designers' efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle in each of their spaces through a Q & A on incorporating green design. The Junior League of Toronto is acting as a catalyst to encourage the use of environmentally friendly deign in the renovation and decor elements of the newly transformed McLean House on the Estates of Sunnybrook.

If you have come to the Showhouse with an arranged Group Tour, you will be greeted by an official Junior League of Showhouse™ docent.

At the conclusion of your tour you will leave McLean House and follow the path to the Coach House Café, where food created by our exclusive caterer à la Carte Kitchen Inc., and design merge to create a delicious experience. When you leave the Café, your last stop will be the "Trendy Doesn't Just Happen Boutique", a must-see design space located in the original fieldstone Bayview Garage, behind the Coach House. Enhance your Junior League of Toronto Showhouse™ experience by leaving with something you can add to your own home or give as a gift.
